Case #1: My "Sales notification" campaign is not showing.
If you have published any of the notifications type campaigns and don't see the notifications on your pages, please do check the following:
Make sure you have orders in the last 60 days. If you don't have any orders yet, then create a test order to display in notifications.
Make sure you have enabled integration with your desired application to sync sales/conversions data.
Double-check your campaign status and settings (page rules, the timing of display, and other parameters like country filers, browser, language and etc).
If updates are reflected in the browser, wait a few seconds, then refresh your page. If you don't see the change, try manually clearing the browser cache (How to Clear Your Cache on Any Browser), or just simply check your website from the private window (incognito mode) in your browser.
Note: “POS” orders and orders with “draft” status are not subjected to sync.

Case #3: Nextsale is not working on WooCommerce/WordPress site (Caching)
WordPress caches heavily and you may see a significant delay before seeing new Nextsale implementations live. Many premium WordPress themes come with caching plugins, and it creates issues with 3rd party apps that are trying to retrieve or update data. Here's what you can do:
Delete cache files from caching plugins. Usually, those plugins display a permanent button on your top navigation bar within WordPress to purge/clear the cache. Most other caching plugins can be found under the Settings tab from the lefthand admin menu, and then you can follow their respective flows for clearing the cache.
If you are going to delete the caching plugin at all, then you might be required to disable/enable the Nextsale plugin to retrieve data again.
